We are absolutely delighted with our staircase, which looks stunning.
Springfield Stairs have given us what we wanted. They have been professional, efficient, thorough and timely in all their dealings with us. Communications with them was always clear, and so they have been easy and a pleasure to work with. These traits are not always found, so they are appreciated all the more when they are present. They were always there when they said they would be.
I would absolutely recommend them to others seeking quality
Springfield Stairs were absolutley brilliant from start to finish.
Richard is a really nice man with an eye for detail. He arrived with samples, unlike others who came to quote for us. The stairs were in within 3 weeks from the quote taking only 2 days to install and look fabulous. The fitters arrived on time and worked tirelessly over the 2 days and left the work area spotless. I would highly recommend Richard and his team.
Excellent customer service, excellent product, excellent craftsmen, and excellent value.
Absolutely no hesitation to recommend Springfield Stairs 🙂 They were completely straightforward and clear about what they could and couldn’t do, and went the extra mile to provide the total package that I needed.
Very Very Well done.
